2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds for:
- Completed market analysis reports
- Delivered consulting sessions
- Digital training materials that have been accessed
- Custom research projects that have commenced
Once our team has begun work on your custom analysis or report, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.
3. Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered for:
- Technical issues preventing service delivery that we cannot resolve
- Substantial failure to deliver agreed-upon services
- Billing errors made by Royal Truck Fleet
4. Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscriptions:
- No refunds for the current billing period
- Cancellation effective at the end of the paid period
- Continued access until the period ends
